Background

Vibrant Energy Matters (VEM) run call centre operations for large UK estate agents (e.g. Countrywide, Connells - who are also shareholders). VEM arrange property surveys (e.g. inventory, energy performance certificates, gas & safety, etc.), covering 25% of the UK property market. They are growing through new service offerings to their existing market. They are looking to double their current booked jobs per day in the next year.

Problem

VEM have a legacy job-booking system called VLive which whilst reliable, only manages job-bookings and some of the functionality around assessment results and invoicing. Consequently, their outbound call operations are saturated and at capacity. They desired a replacement full lifecycle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, Evolve which would perform full routing, invoicing and partial HR functionality. 

Solution

Developed a fully automated routing and scheduling ERP including a CRM, partial HR and full invoicing and finance system. Developed in 18-months and ready for deployment 2021.

Outcomes

Demonstrated technology readiness of a complex multi-faceted platform architecture ready for business transformation teams to launch.
