2. Hours sat at a keyboard are not a measure of productivity.  Problem-solving thinking time while out for a run or dropping a parcel off is all time spent on work - we are intellectual workers with lives, not a typing pool measured by words per minute.

3. Work/life compartmentalisation is a personal choice - in our experience, work is like your second family so speak up when there's a problem.  You'll spend more time through life with your colleagues than probably anyone else, so we look out for each other.

4. We are flexible – whether lockdown and working remotely or a choice to get quiet focus time.  We are social as well so do make the time to see friendly faces at the office.

5. There's no rush to succeed, no set progression expectation, no “force-fit curves”. You tell us the pace and we'll be right alongside you - life's a marathon and not a sprint, so tell us when to speed up and slow down!

6. Personal development goals are for you to own. We can coach you to your peak potential, but we will not spoon-feed with expensive residential training courses.  You have to be curious and driven to self-learn, try, fail and go again.  You will never know a good day unless you’ve had a bad one, and experience without experimenting won’t grow you.

7. An honest day’s work for an honest day’s pay.  Know your value and ask yourself if you’ve given it your best.  We pay to attract and keep hold of the best talent.
